Kristie Cupp is an Arkansas native, REALTOR®, and team lead of 12 Stones NWA at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Journey in Bentonville, Arkansas. She has lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2007 and serves buyers, sellers, and real estate investors throughout greater Northwest Arkansas and the Western River Valley, including Bentonville, Bella Vista, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale, Fort Smith, Alma, Van Buren, and surrounding communities.
Kristie and her husband, United States Marine Corps veteran Jeremy Cupp, run 12 Stones NWA as a husband-and-wife team. They provide personal attention, thoughtful guidance, and consistent communication from the first conversation through closing. As the wife of a Marine veteran, Kristie especially appreciates veterans, active-duty service members, and military families, and welcomes the opportunity to help them buy or sell throughout the region.
A Rogers resident since 2007, Kristie spent 20 years as an ophthalmic and surgical assistant before entering real estate. That experience strengthened her commitment to caring for people and helping them navigate important decisions. After earning her real estate license in 2023, she built her first new-construction home and flipped a house that same year, gaining hands-on insight into buying and selling homes, investment properties, and land.
